Christian A. Fumuso made a presentation to the facility Directors, Administrators, Supervisors from multiple disciplines, and members of the New York City Nurse Educators Group.

The presentation was at the Norwegian Christian Home and Health Care Facility in Brooklyn, New York. The topics discussed included defensive medicine and record keeping, risk management, implementation of protective protocols, elements of a lawsuit including discovery and standards of proof, the Public Health Law, and Federal and State regulatory codes.

Lorraine Berlund Polin has been chosen as New York “Super Lawyers” by Super Lawyers Magazine. This is an honor of Peer Nomination and Editorial Selection, achieved by only 5% of practicing New York lawyers. Ms. Polin has also been selected as a Top Female Attorney in New York 2017 by Thomson Reuters.

Alan J. Fumuso, Douglas J. Swart and Scott G. Christesen have once again been chosen by their peers as being New York Super Lawyers, and were so listed in Super Lawyers Magazine and the New York Times Magazine. This is a distinction given to only 5% of attorneys practicing in the State of New York.

October, 2016, Alan J. Fumuso has been selected by the National Academy of Jurisprudence as one of the Premier 100 Trial Attorneys in New York.
