Suzanne Lavoie is an associate attorney at Fumuso Christesen LLP having joined the firm in 2003. She also has a nursing degree, which has proved valuable in the review and analysis of complex medical malpractice cases.

Her responsibilities include all aspects of case management, from lawsuit initiation up to trial. Her nursing background includes clinical experience in surgical intensive care, open heart surgery, post-anesthesia recovery, burn unit and kidney transplantation.

Suzanne also participates in risk management seminars at Hospitals and at specialty nursing organization conferences.
