Claire Persico is an associate attorney at Fumuso Christesen LLP, having joined the firm in 2022. After graduating from Touro Law Center in 2016, Ms. Persico worked in the field of insurance defense. In 2017, she joined the prestigious law firm, Ellenburg Gannon Henninger & Fitzmaurice, LLP (formally Giesler Henninger & Fitzmaurice, LL). During her time spent at Ellenberg, she handled all aspects of medical malpractice defense cases from inception of lawsuits. In addition, she assisted trial attorneys with trial preparation and worked with various firm partners on the composition of Appellate Briefs. Since joining Fumuso Christesen LLP, Ms. Persico has focused her practice on the defense of civil matters representing healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes and community health centers. She is involved in all aspects of medical malpractice and civil defense litigation from inception of lawsuits through the discovery process including depositions, motions, and court proceedings to case resolution.
