Joseph P. Rosh is Of Counsel at Fumuso Christesen LLP, having joined the firm in 1989. He has extensive experience in handling complex medical malpractice litigation. He defends physicians, dentists, hospitals and nursing homes in cases of high exposure in both state and federal courts. He is involved in all aspects of defense litigation from inception of lawsuit, conducting of party depositions through mediation and case resolution. Additionally, he has had numerous cases against physicians dismissed on motion prior to trial.
